Error Cannot create file

We installed the TCMS V2 in the window vista platform successfully. However we get error message "Cannot create file C:\Program Files\FingerTec Worldwide\TCMSv2\ft.bck" when opening the TCMS V2 software. see screenshot attached.

Right click the TCMS V2 icon and select “Run as administrator” to open the TCMS V2 software through Window Vista or Seven platforms on the PC. See screenshot attached.
