I have trouble scanning my finger,the reader does not read it all the time my print what should I do?

if you still have problems use the following methods.

A.Dry your finger if it is wet. Wet finger could disrupt readings.

B.Moisturize your finger if it is too dry, particularly for those who are working in air conditioned environment.

C.Use 1:1 scanning method rather than 1:N method. by entering in the ID of the user first then use the finger to verify it agains the old fingerprint for this user id
